THE SOLUTION USING GEN-AI POWERED INSAAF TOKEN ON CARDANO BLOCKCHAIN

Blockchain technology can create a self-sustaining and transparent ecosystem that can anchor the prodigious task of facilitating justice with full control and governance in the hands of the citizen's.

Blockchain Technology is designed from 'ground up' to tackle and disrupt the status quo in many problem areas. It is being applied in many industries and has demonstrated that transparency and accountability are solvable problems. Its use to expose and tackle the inefficiencies and corruption in the justice system in Pakistan is an ideal use case.

The proposition of a 'Litigation Blockchain' based on Cardano to solve the problems in the justice system in Pakistan is just the beginning. If a successful, powerful and sustainable ecosystem to bring about disruption in the incumbent lethargic and ineffective legal system demonstrates results in Pakistan, the fight to end corrupt and ineffective Judicial systems can be taken to other beleaguered countries. An ecosystem using a technology-based crowd-funded network of experts, lawyers, retired judges, investigators and media people is the need of the hour. In this ecosystem each stakeholder is incentivized to seek and maintain the truth, callout the corrupt, reward the honest and surprisingly, get financially rewarded while performing all the good deeds.

Blockchain technology can provide a complete ‘vigilance ecosystem’ driven by the citizens to expedite and ensure Justice (INSAAF). For example, the ‘Insaaf Token’ can help expedite justice by financing the costs for hiring the best /qualified attorney(s) to litigate cases. Imagine pursuing a case against a rogue corporation that sells expired and/or contaminated food items. It would simply be impossible to make them accountable without incurring heavy legal fees. The only check against this unabated and reckless rise of poor quality, unsafe and unhealthy sale/distribution of goods by greedy and indifferent corporations is if the community collectively litigates and sues them for damages. Through Blockchain-driven frictionless 'crowd-funding' models, ordinary citizens can contribute small amounts and get returns. Crowd funding can challenge large corporations and fight lawsuits to recover damages.

Blockchain technology by its design tackles age-old issues of

(a) Trust,

(b) Accountability,

(c) Transparency,

(d) Frictionless processing of documents and transactions,

(e) Accuracy of content,

(f) Immutability and lifelong protection of records,

(g) Audits,

(h) implementation of a fully transparent and inclusive governance System.
