INSAAF PLATFORM

THE DAO & INSAAF PLATFORM

The Insaaf DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) will be the Agency to Manage the Project, Platform and Ecosystem. The DAO will have anonymous founding members, anonymous board of directors and anonymous management. There will be no names associated with identities other than Decentralized ID's with a level associated with them. Each level will have 'Voting Points' associated with the level. The DiD's can be voted UP or Down by the community.

The DAO's mission and tasks will consist of development and ongoing management of the following seven elements:

1) INSAAF.COM Website.

This is an off-chain community managed website for the ‘initial ingestion’ of cases with an easy to use interface in both English and Urdu Languages. Think of this website as a ‘Pre-case’ data collection and curation facility. A community-led data input and curation model will be used where individuals with a ‘Reputation Token’ can assist in the input of all the case facts ( i.e the ‘Reputation Holders’ such as lawyers, retired judges or even ordinary citizens with a minimum number of ‘Reputation Rating’ will be able to curate the cases.

i) The website will be the ‘go to’ place for viewing and commenting on the details of the case proceedings. The case proceedings data will be ‘linked’ to the website. The case proceedings data is irrefutable so the website acts just as a ‘viewing window’.

ii) Once the case is ‘fully curated’ by the ‘Reputation Token Holders’ vote to ensure legitimacy and accuracy, the case is ‘Locked’ for producing (minting) a unique ‘Litigation NFT’ (Non-Fungible and Non-Tradable Token). The Token will represent all facts and everything that happens in this case on-chain as well as off-chain.

2) INSAAF.IO Website.

This is a website for the initial crowd funding of the Project through an IEO (Initial Token Offering), or IDO -Interface for Crowd Sale of INSAAF TOKENS. The Crowd Sale will record the ‘Wallet Address’ into which the purchased and minted Insaaf Tokens will be transferred for the Ecosystem. The funds raised will be used to develop the ecosystem and ensure continuity and growth of the ecosystem.

3) CASE.IO Website.

This is a website for raising funds for each case after it is approved for funding. All ‘Ingested and curated’ cases collectively approved for litigation/defense will be posted on this site. The unique ‘Litigation NFT’ for the case as well as the ‘fractional NFT’s for the contributors will be managed through initial crowd funding through an ILO (Initial Litigation Offering).

Contributions will be accepted in form of INSF Tokens only. If contributors send other Cryptocurrency, the Platform will purchase INSF from the Open Market and a Receipt issued in INSF. The receipt of the contribution will be in form of a unique Fractional NFT which will be tradable on an exchange. Each individual can have as many Fractional NFT’s that they want but only one Fractional NFT will be issued for each transaction.

For example, if someone contributes 10,000 INSF, they will be issued a Fractional NFT worth 10,000 NSF (ICNFT is 10,000 INSF). If the send another transaction for 20,000 INSF, that NFT will be worth 2,000 INSF. This is similar to a receipt vouched issued. These Fractional NFT’s can be traded in INSF Tokens only on the Open Market or the INSF Decentralized Exchange (DEX). When the CASE Maximum Goal is reached, the total number of NFT’s issued will match the total number of ‘contribution transactions’.

It is important to note that if the litigation results in an award, that reward will be distributed to the Fraction NFT holders. What this means is that if someone sells their NFT on an exchange, the buyer will receive the rewards because the buyer is the new owner of the Fractional NFT.

4) OFF-CHAIN / ON-CHAIN INSAAF ORACLES;

This is a set of ‘fully curated’ and distributed Oracles with a AI-driven search engine that stores;

a) Country-specific Case Law, High Court and Supreme Judgments, CPC/Pakistan Penal Code, Amendments etc.

c) Citizen’s education material - Videos and Documents on Law and Procedures

d) Reputation Token Details of Judges and Lawyers.

e) Reputation Token for Investigators, Media Representatives, Govt. Officials & Politicians.

5) AI (ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE) SEARCH ENGINE:

This component is an industrial strength search engine for searches of case laws, documents and database records and image searches. A partnership with SingularityNet (a Cardano-based Blockchain AI Project focusing on de-centralized AI) will be sought as first choice to develop and link this engine as image, documents, audio, video and other object recognition components discovery from the various curated information Oracles as well as external sources such as websites etc.

6) THE BLOCKCHAIN INSAAF CORE DATABASE & FEATURES;

The database model is designed to be flexible to accommodate and facilitate legal processes. The Core Database of INSAAF will accommodate detailed CASE information with different attributes.
