Genie, is a Generative 3D Foundation model that can create 3D objects from Natural Language Prompts.

Luma Labs 3D Model called Genie is a text-to-3D generator that allows users to create 3D models from text prompts. It is currently available as a free research preview via Discord.

To use Genie, users simply enter a text prompt into the Discord bot and receive four initial, simple 3D models within about 20 seconds. Each model has an interactive link to view or download as a 3D object in .glb format. Users also have the option to further refine the model for improved resolution and more accurate results, which currently takes around 20 minutes.

Genie is still under development, but it has the potential to revolutionize 3D content creation. It is easy to use and does not require any specialized knowledge or skills. This means that anyone can create 3D models, even if they have no prior experience.
