First go to <https://lexica.art/> and select an image or create one using the prompt.

Next go to <https://www.remove.bg/>  (this is a free site and you only need it if the background of the Images needs to be removed)

Finally go to <https://www.d-id.com/> and upload the image and select an Audio (You can type the text in the Audio Box – up to 20 characters is free and if you exceed that it us $5/- for 10 minutes of Audio. They have other prices as well.
